Is it permissible to pray with tayammum despite frequent nocturnal emissions and insufficient time for ghusl?

The frequent emission of semen is not an excuse that permits tayammum (dry ablution), whether in sleep or wakefulness. Abundant nocturnal emissions do not negate the obligation of ghusl (ritual bath) from janabah (state of ritual impurity), nor do they permit delaying or combining prayers. Consensus has been reported that the emission of semen necessitates ghusl, based on the hadith, "Indeed, water is from water." Most jurists stipulated that the emission of semen with desire in wakefulness is required to necessitate ghusl. However, in the case of nocturnal emission, its mere emission is sufficient. Consequently, it is not permissible to combine prayers or perform tayammum for this reason, and the prayers that were performed with tayammum in this situation must be repeated.
