As for the husband wearing women's clothes, it is forbidden and constitutes imitating women. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed men who imitate women. Furthermore, doing so in secret does not remove the sin, as the Permanent Committee has issued a fatwa prohibiting a man from wearing women's clothes, even in secret. Therefore, the questioner must seek treatment, and the husband must cease wearing women's clothes.
