What is the authenticity of the recitation: "Praise be to Allah, who has delivered us from the wrongdoing people," when boarding a ship, and is it considered among the supplications needed by the pilgrim performing 'Umrah?

The dhikr: "All praise is due to Allah, who has delivered us from the wrongdoing folk," has not been mentioned in books of Hadith or supplications. It is quoted from the story of Noah, peace be upon him, and is not evidence for its recommendation when boarding a ship. There are also weak supplications reported for boarding a ship. What is prescribed is to recite the supplication for riding an animal and for travel: ("Glory be to Him Who has subjected this to us, and we were not capable of [subduing] it. And indeed, to Our Lord we will return.")
