How authentic is the story of the woman who saw a light on Abdullah's face before Amena conceived the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?

The story that a woman saw the light of prophethood on the face of Abdullah ibn Abd al-Muttalib, the father of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and invited him to herself, but Allah prevented her from achieving that, is a famous story narrated in books of Sirah (Prophet's biography) and Dala'il al-Nubuwwah (Proofs of Prophethood).
