What is the shaykh's opinion on someone who does not believe in Quranic healing and describes those who practice it as charlatans?

The Quran is a cure for hearts and bodies, as Allah Almighty says: "And We send down from the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe" and "O mankind, there has come to you an admonition from your Lord and a healing for what is in the breasts and guidance and mercy for the believers." Moreover, the story of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri in the Sahihayn (Bukhari and Muslim) indicates the permissibility of treating with the Quran (ruqya) and healing the body with it. Therefore, seeking healing through the Quran and going to a trustworthy shaykh for ruqya are permissible. Perhaps some people’s denial is due to specific instances or the proliferation of charlatans.
