What is the ruling on saying "al-Bari" (الباري), and is it true that the name "al-Bari" (الباري) does not exist, but only "al-Bari'" (البارئ)?

"Al-Bari'" (البارئ) is one of the names of Allah the Almighty, as stated in the verse: "He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor, the Fashioner; to Him belong the best names." (59:24). "Al-Bari" (الباري) with the hamza replaced by a ya is the same as "Al-Bari'" (البارئ), and there is no difference in meaning between them. One who says that the name "Al-Bari" does not exist due to ignorance is excused, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah their mistakes, their forgetfulness, and what they are forced to do."
