Did Imam Abu Hanifa issue a fatwa permitting the combining and shortening of prayers for a traveler who knows the duration of his stay to be fifteen days?

Abu Hanifa was of the opinion that a traveler shortens the prayer as long as he does not intend to stay for more than fifteen days. As for the Hanafis, they believe that it is not permissible to combine prayers during travel, and this is refutable due to its contradiction with the established proofs from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
