Is divorcing a wife who stole from her husband's family home and wronged his father considered an injustice to her, and what is the Shar'i and legal ruling in this case?

If the wife has wrongfully encroached upon her husband's brother's money, she has committed a major sin, and she must repent and return the money. If she does not repent, then divorcing her is not an injustice to her due to her ill-manners towards the parents. However, if she repents and improves her conduct, it is better not to divorce her, as "the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin." In the event of a divorce, the Sharia court will rule on matters of custody and alimony.
