If a traveler enters their homeland, the ruling of travel is discontinued, and the concessions of shortening and combining prayers are lifted. They are then obliged to perform the prayer in full before its time expires, even if they had intended to combine or shorten it before their arrival. The decisive factor is the state at the time of performing the prayer, not the state at the time it became obligatory.
