Is following the Sunnah in its entirety, according to all that is mentioned in the Book and the Sunnah, considered a form of jihad in our current time?

There is no doubt that this is a form of jihad, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The mujahid (struggler) is he who strives against his own self for the sake of Allah."
