Is a woman required to wear the hijab on her balcony, at her window, on the roof, and at the entrance of her house, as if she were going out into the street? And is she required to wear the hijab inside her house in the presence of a man who is not her husband or a mahram? And is she forbidden from allowing anyone into her house in the absence of her husband or mahram? And is it permissible for her to go to the doctor or go out with her fiancé without a mahram? And is it permissible for her to sit alone with her fiancé anywhere?

A woman must cover her body from the gaze of non-mahram men. If she is not safe from their gaze from a balcony or entrance, she should not appear without a hijab; otherwise, it is not obligatory for her. It is not permissible for a woman to allow a non-mahram man to enter upon her without a mahram, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "No man should be alone with a woman unless she has a mahram with her." If she is married, it is not permissible for her to allow anyone to enter her husband's house without his consent, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "And you have the right over them that they should not allow anyone you dislike to step on your furnishings." A suitor is considered a non-mahram to his fiancée as long as the marriage contract has not been concluded, so seclusion with him is not permissible, nor is going out with him without a mahram.
