Am I considered among those who harbor enmity on the night of mid-Shaʿbān because of a dispute with my former fiancé, even though I cannot forgive him or speak to him naturally?

Allah Almighty descends on the night of the middle of Sha'ban and forgives all of His creation, except for a polytheist or one who harbors malice.

The polytheist is anyone who associates anything with Allah in His essence, attributes, or worship.

The one who harbors malice is an enemy or an innovator who deviates from the community of the Ummah, and is one whose heart is filled with enmity.

Ordinary disagreements in viewpoints that do not involve enmity, hatred, or resentment do not prevent forgiveness.

A suitor is a stranger to his fiancée, so it is not permissible for him to be alone with her or to look at what is not permissible to look at in a strange woman, nor to speak with her except for a legitimate need.
