Why was Pharaoh not a giant, even though Allah's Prophet Moses and his people were giants?

It has not been established that people in the time of Moses, peace be upon him, were giants. What is narrated about an individual or individuals in unconfirmed stories, such as the story of Og ibn Anaq, is not authentic. What is confirmed is that Adam, peace be upon him, was sixty cubits tall, and creation has been decreasing in size ever since, as stated in the noble hadith. Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar found it problematic that the dwellings of Thamud did not correspond to their excessively tall stature, if the decrease in size were true. Nevertheless, it is not surprising that the pharaohs or the Children of Israel were not excessively tall, as the dwellings of Thamud attest to this. As for Moses, peace be upon him, he was tall like the men of "Shanu'ah" who were known for their height. There is no evidence that Ramesses II was the Pharaoh who drowned; in fact, there is evidence to the contrary.
