The Prophet's established characteristic, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, is that he was of medium height (of moderate stature), not remarkably tall nor short, but rather closer to tallness. There is no mention of his height being estimated in meters or cubits. As for what is mentioned in some hadiths, that he, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, appeared taller than those of tall stature who walked with him, its chain of narration is not authentic.
