Is it permissible to read from a digital Quran on a mobile phone if an error is discovered in Surat An-Nisa, verse 90, where "يقاتلونكم" (yuqātilūnakum) is written instead of the correct "يقاتلوكم" (yuqātilūkum)?

It is not permissible to intentionally err in reciting the Quran, as this contravenes the manner of recitation received from the imams of Quranic recitations. Replacing the word "يقاتلوكم" (yuqatilukum - that they fight you) with "يقاتلونكم" (yuqatilunakum - they fight you) is a clear grammatical error (lahn) and it is not permissible to recite with it. However, it is permissible to recite from a mobile phone if it is known that the reciter does not err in the aforementioned word, and the entity that issued the digital Mushaf must be alerted to correct the error.
