We thank the questioner for his zeal and eagerness to correct the Book of Allah. Regarding the word "أن ينزل الله" (that Allah sends down), the reciters differed concerning it. Ibn Kathir and the Basrans recited it as "أن يُنزِلَ" (with a dammah on the ya and a light za), while the rest made it heavy (stressed). If the discrepancy in the program is due to the multiplicity of recitations, then it is not considered an error. However, if the last lam of "ينزل" has a dammah instead of a fatḥah, then this is a clear error that should not be overlooked, and those responsible for the program should be notified to correct it.
