Will the husband be sinful if he divorces his wife due to snoring that did not go away after consulting a doctor, knowing that snoring is not one of the marital defects for which a woman is divorced, and what rights result from it, and is this considered deception on the part of the wife's family?

Snoring is not a defect that necessitates annulment of the marriage, nor is the woman considered deceptive for not mentioning it, unless the husband stipulated freedom from it at the time of the contract. If the wife's snoring harms the husband, he may sleep separately from her in another place to avoid divorce. If the harm cannot be averted by that, then he incurs no sin in divorcing her to repel harm, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There should be no harm nor reciprocating harm." In this case, the rights of the divorced woman are the same as those of all divorced women.
