Does the stance of forgiveness conflict with not forgetting the betrayal of the abuser and his lack of repentance?

Allah has forbidden injustice and encouraged reconciliation and forgiveness towards wrongdoers. So, whoever forgives and reconciles, their reward is with Allah. If you forgive your companion, you must remove any ill-suspicion you have of them. If it becomes clear to you that they have not truly repented, then you must advise them and warn against them and against them repeating their deception, and warn your brethren about them as a sincere advice to them, unless this warning would lead to a greater harm.
