Is it permissible to examine a skin patch on the chest and neck in front of a male doctor fiancé, given the unavailability of a female doctor, the high cost of the examination, and the delay in finalizing the marriage contract?

The suitor is a stranger to his fiancée until the marriage contract is concluded. There is no objection to a woman being treated by a male stranger when there is a necessity or need, provided a female doctor is unavailable or it is difficult to travel to be treated by a female doctor, and on condition that there is no khulwa (private seclusion) and the like. The most experienced individual should be chosen, whether it is the suitor or someone else. The suitor does not have a priority in providing treatment. As for someone whose intentions are not trusted, it might be better to avoid him, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Beware of entering upon women." A man from the Ansar said: "O Messenger of Allah, what about the hamwu (male in-law)?" He replied: "The hamwu is death."
