Will I be sinful or a partner in fraud by working as an accountant in a company that sells adulterated goods (mixed with dirt), knowing sometimes about it, and calculating the full price of the goods? Is it permissible for me to reduce the price at my discretion for the customer if I know about the fraud, even though this might lead to my dismissal from work?

It is not permissible to remain silent about deception and unlawfully consuming clients' money. Rather, one must change the evil with their hand, tongue, or heart. Silence about deception or participation in it constitutes a dereliction of the essential advice due to clients and the company owner. It is not permissible to continue working in a job that aids oppression and deception. Instead, the company owner must be advised to desist from such practices. If he does not respond, then one must leave the job. And whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better.
