Is divorce a divine decree from God, or do human involvement in problems and lack of understanding play a role in its occurrence?

Divorce is Allah's decree, for everything in the universe is by Allah's decree, and the servant has a direct role in bringing about the predetermined cause. There is no contradiction between it being a divine decree and the servant directly engaging in causes that may lead to it, and the servant's direct engagement in these causes is also part of Allah's decree.
