Is it permissible to contract to provide services to a mosque whose imam and builder hold a non-disqualifying doctrinal innovation (bid‘ah i‘tiqādiyyah ghayr mukaffirah), knowing that we are in dire need of profiting from this service?

If contracting with innovators does not result in aiding them in their innovation or its continuation, then we hope there is no harm in contracting with them to provide services. However, if it results in aiding them to spread innovations and corrupt the beliefs of Muslims, then it is not permissible, due to the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty."
