Is it permissible to rent out a space in the mosque to a group described as being among the people of innovation (Ahl al-Bid'ah), in exchange for a sum of money, to alleviate the financial deficit the mosque is experiencing?

The Hizb ut-Tahrir should not be allowed to exploit the mosque for their meetings and activities, as this involves several prohibitions: including assisting them in their deviancy, contributing to their attempts to seize control of the mosque, inciting the government against you, and misleading the common Muslims, in addition to the dislike of renting out the mosque.
