Is the use of non-Muslim programs and applications – such as Microsoft and Apple – that have access to user data considered taking a ‫بطانة from disbelievers?

"The use of these devices does not fall under the religiously forbidden category of 'taking intimates' (battanah), because the meaning of battanah does not apply to them. 'Battanah' refers to intruders whom one trusts and confides in, revealing secrets to them instead of Muslims, such as hypocrites and and Jews. Nevertheless, a believer must be cautious of what harms them and corrupts their affairs, and this is especially true concerning enemies and adversaries, as Allah Almighty says: 'O you who have believed, take your precaution.' This includes taking all measures that help in fighting enemies and repelling their cunning."
