Is a woman required to make up for the day she fasted in Ramadan, given that she saw a yellowish discharge after 'Asr prayer on the seventh day of her menstrual cycle, and her usual cycle is 7 or 8 days? And is the yellowish discharge after the menstrual period considered part of menstruation?

The cessation of menstruation is known by one of two signs of purity: complete dryness or the discharge of al-qassah al-bayda' (a white fluid). What a woman sees of yellowish or brownish discharge after observing one of these two signs is not considered menstruation, based on the hadith of Umm Atiyyah: "We did not count the yellowish and brownish discharge as anything after purity," and the hadith of Aisha: "It is but a vein or veins." However, if the yellowish and brownish discharge is connected to menstruation and before observing purity, then it is menstruation, and fasting on that day must be made up. So, if you see yellowish discharge after the blood has ceased and you have observed the usual sign of purity, then you are pure and your fast is valid.
