What is the way to deal with someone who rejects enjoining good and forbidding evil on the pretext of personal freedom and that accountability falls only upon the transgressor?

Those who enjoin good and forbid evil should be gentle in advising those who commit evil acts, reminding them that our religion commands us to love for others what we love for ourselves, and that sins are a cause of tribulation. It is obligatory to cooperate in removing these evils. Furthermore, those who enjoin good must be patient with any harm or aversion they face, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "O my son, establish prayer, enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and be patient over what befalls you. Indeed, that is [from] the matters [requiring] determination."
