The intention to stay for several weeks at the workplace cancels the rulings of travel, so it is not permissible to avail oneself of its concessions. As for Friday prayer at the workplace, if the company is not close to a place where Friday prayer is established, or if there are no residents there for whom Friday prayer is obligatory, then you should pray Dhuhr instead of Jumu'ah. However, if the company is close and you hear the Adhan, or if there are residents there for whom Friday prayer is obligatory, then Friday prayer becomes obligatory upon you by following them. For the validity of Friday prayer, it is required that it be established in a collected complex where those for whom Jumu'ah is obligatory reside, with a difference in the required number.
