Is it permissible for a sick person on the day of Eid to delay the Ramy (stone-throwing ritual) until the last days of Tashreeq, or is it better to appoint someone to throw on his behalf?

If there is an impediment preventing a person from stoning the Jamarat on the day of Eid, they should delay it until they are able to stone. Appointing an agent for stoning is not permissible merely due to fatigue or crowding, except in cases of permanent incapacity, such as for a pregnant woman or the elderly. However, a minor illness from which recovery is expected does not permit appointing an agent, because stoning is one of the rituals of Hajj, and Allah has commanded the completion of Hajj and Umrah.
