You are not permitted to print the Mus'haf if you intend to print the text of the Holy Quran, because a non-believer is not allowed to touch the Mus'haf, and because there is no necessity for it, and due to the high number of errors that might result from a lack of specialized review. However, if you intend to print a translation of the Quran into German or another language, there is no objection to that, because the translation of the Quran serves the purpose of its exegesis (tafsir).
