Is she sinful for not going to the doctor due to her shyness about a tumor or inflammation in the vagina, along with her concern about its effect on her virginity?

It is advisable to go to a female doctor and not refrain from seeking treatment out of shyness. Treatment is recommended according to the soundest opinions of scholars. One who abstains from it does not incur sin, but they miss complying with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) advice: "Seek treatment, O servants of Allah." A tumor not accompanied by secretions does not invalidate ablution, and the mentioned odor does not affect it.
