ما هي شروط الفاعل والمفعول به في اللواط التي تستوجب القتل، مع الأخذ بالاعتبار محاولة فعل اللواط في الصغر دون إيلاج؟

There is no sin or legal punishment (hadd) for someone who was subjected to sodomy at the age of seven, as the pen is lifted from the minor. It is permissible to marry the daughter of a paternal aunt. The sodomy that necessitates execution is the insertion of the glans into the anus. Both the perpetrator and the one subjected to it are to be executed if the latter was an accountable individual (mukallaf) and willing. The application of this punishment rests with the Imam of the Muslims or his deputy. It is advised to conceal this matter regarding oneself and the paternal cousin, to praise Allah, and to strive for the paternal cousin's guidance through supplication and advice.
