Is it permissible to follow along in the Mushaf while listening to a recitation of the Qur’an via a tape, for someone who cannot read accurately?

"Fear of making mistakes in recitation should not prevent a Muslim from reading the Quran, especially if they strive to learn, such as reading before a proficient teacher or listening to recordings of well-known reciters. The learner who finds difficulty and hardship in reading has two rewards: the reward for reading and the reward for the hardship, based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: 'The one who is proficient in the Quran will be with the noble and righteous scribes (angels), and the one who recites the Quran and stutters over it, finding it difficult, will have two rewards.' Listening to recordings while following along in the Mus'haf is considered a form of learning the Book of Allah."
