Is it necessary to complete the entire Qur'an in Ramadan?

It is not obligatory to complete the recitation of the Qur'an in Ramadan. Rather, it is recommended to recite it frequently and complete it more than once during it for those who are able. It is also recommended for whoever leads the people in Tarawih prayer to complete the Qur'an with them.
