Is the money remaining from the difference between the cost of the hotel and external accommodation, after the company's approval, permissible or forbidden?

Contracts must be fulfilled as long as their terms are within the permissible bounds of Islamic law, as Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Accordingly, it is not permissible to take more money from the company for housing than was paid for it without their knowledge and consent. This is considered a forbidden lie, which requires repentance by returning the excess money. As for transportation costs, if the company bears them, it is permissible to demand an increase or deduct it from the excess money. However, if the cost is on the employees, then it is not permissible to take anything from the company.
