Is a father considered a martyr if he dies from liver cirrhosis, ascites, and liver failure, based on the saying, "He who dies of an internal ailment is a martyr," and are the signs that appeared on him after death, such as a smile and a bright face, considered signs of a good ending?

We ask God to envelop your father in His mercy. The abdominal illnesses he suffered make him a martyr, according to the hadith: "And the one who dies of an internal ailment is a martyr." Furthermore, his righteousness, his perseverance in prayer, and his utterance of Tawhid before his death are signs of a good ending, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever's last words are 'There is no god but Allah' shall enter Paradise."
