Does removing hair from above the eyebrow or trimming the scattered, adjacent hair around the eyebrows constitute namṣ, especially if one of the eyebrows has excess hair that causes an unseemly appearance?

Plucking eyebrow hair is forbidden for both men and women, with the exception of cases where it disfigures one's appearance. In such instances, one may remove only what eliminates the disfigurement and restores a normal look.
