How can one reconcile the fatwas that prohibit singing and music with other fatwas that permit them under specific conditions, taking into account the evidence of each side?

Singing is, at the very least, a matter of doubt, hence a Muslim must avoid it. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt," and "Whoever guards himself against doubtful matters, he has indeed protected his religion and his honor. And whoever falls into doubtful matters, he has fallen into the unlawful." We advise staying away from singing, especially in this era, due to the widespread corruption.
