Is it permissible to change the usual and agreed-upon time for Friday prayer to an earlier time due to work circumstances?

The majority of the Companions, the Tabi'in, and the three Imams held the view that the time for Jumu'ah prayer is the time for Dhuhr prayer, starting when the sun passes its meridian (zawal) and ending with the entry of Asr time. Their evidence for this is what Al-Bukhari and others narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) "used to pray Jumu'ah when the sun declined." Therefore, Jumu'ah prayer becomes lawful upon the entry of its time, which is the time of the Dhuhr adhan (definition). It is permissible to perform it immediately after the adhan or half an hour later. If there is a benefit in changing the customary time, there is no legal impediment to it, provided that it does not necessitate performing the prayer outside its designated time, and that it does not lead to any corruption that would cause disunity among Muslims, especially in non-Muslim countries.
