How does one pray who suffers from chronic prostatitis, from which drops emerge after urinating, and who has yellow traces on his underwear, and pain in the testicle and penis? Is the solution to perform ablution for every prayer? Is it permissible for him to pray Dhuhr with the ablution of Fajr if his ablution has not been invalidated?

If the drops cease ten minutes or less after urination, you must wait until they stop completely, then perform ablution (wudu') and pray. This is not considered incontinence (sals). However, if the drops continue to flow without ceasing for a time sufficient for purification and prayer, then they take the ruling of incontinence (sals). In this case, you are required to perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun. It is permissible to pray with the same ablution if nothing has exited until the time for the next prayer begins.
