What is the ruling on giving a wife land from the inheritance in exchange for a debt and deferred dower, given that the deceased has four daughters?

For the four daughters, two-thirds is their obligatory share, and the remainder is returned to them. The inheritance is divided into thirty-two shares: the wife receives one-eighth (four shares), and each daughter receives seven shares (as obligatory share and return). The wife has the right to take her debt and her deferred dowry from the inheritance before its division. The heirs are not obliged to give her the bequeathed land unless they consent to it, taking into account the value of the land compared to the value of the debt. Cases of inheritance must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation.
