What is the share of the nephew whose father died before his uncle, and what is the share of the uncle's wife and his four minor daughters, knowing that the nephew is a minor?

If the deceased has no heirs other than the wife, daughters, and a nephew (brother's son), then the wife receives one-eighth, the daughters two-thirds, and the remainder goes to the nephew, according to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to their rightful recipients; then whatever remains is for the closest male heir." It does not matter whether the daughters are minors or if the nephew is a minor. Inheritance cases must be submitted to the Sharia courts for investigation.
