Is a woman, whose menstruation has ceased and who is over fifty-four years old, obligated to pray if she experiences continuous bleeding?

Blood that emerges with the characteristics of menstrual blood after menopause is considered menstruation, which prohibits prayer, fasting, and touching the Quran. If it does not have the characteristics of menstrual blood, it is irregular bleeding (istihadah), which does not prohibit prayer or fasting.
