Does a divorce legally occur if the wife files a divorce suit without her husband's knowledge, due to the father's disapproval of the divorce?

A divorce issued by a court without the husband's knowledge, when it was possible to inform him, is invalid. There is no objection to taking the matter to court to request a divorce due to harm. The father has no right to prevent his daughter from doing so, or from marrying someone she approves of after a religiously valid divorce and the expiry of her 'iddah. It is advised not to rush into seeking a divorce, but rather to return to the husband and live together amicably.
