Is there another opinion regarding the ruling on one whose Ifadah circumambulation was invalid, other than the opinion of Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, who obligates returning to Mecca to repeat it?

A person who performed Hajj al-Qiran, and circumambulated the tawaf al-qudum and performed the sa'i, then after Arafat and Muzdalifa and completing the stoning rituals, performed the farewell tawaf and departed, must return to Mecca to perform the tawaf al-ifadah because it is a pillar without which Hajj is not valid. He is not permitted to approach his wife until after performing it. There is a consensus that no expiation (fidyah) can substitute for it. Whoever has not performed it remains in a state of ihram until he does so. He must return to Mecca in a state of ihram when he is able to complete his Hajj.
