What is the share of the current wife—who has not borne children—from the real estate registered equally in her name and her husband's name, and from his liquid assets and other possessions? And what is the share of each heir from those properties, given the presence of a son and a daughter of the husband from a previous wife?

The wife inherits one-eighth of her husband's estate if he has children, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have children, then for them [i.e., the wives] is one eighth of what you leave." This includes everything the deceased leaves behind: money, real estate, and cars. So, the wife gets one-eighth of all that. The real estate owned by the wife has no bearing on the husband's estate.
