Is it permissible to take an extra amount of rice or bread from the food distributor, knowing that the remaining food will be disposed of, and there is a text that allows for taking extra after the distribution time ends?

The student is entitled to his allocated portion of food, and it is not permissible for him to request an increase until after the distribution time has ended, in adherence to the regulations and due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."

It is not permissible for the worker to give an increase to anyone before the distribution time has ended, because the agent's actions are restricted by what he has been authorized to do.
