Does the saying of the Prophet (PBUH): "Were Allah to punish the inhabitants of His heavens and the inhabitants of His earth, He would punish them while being unjust to none of them," contradict the obligation of sending messengers to guide humanity? And is it permissible in Allah Almighty's justice to punish a soul before it commits a sin, due to His knowledge that it will commit it?

Allah wrongs not humanity in the least, and He has forbidden injustice upon Himself. He has promised His servants that their deeds will not be lost. His mercy precedes His wrath, and He does not punish the people of obedience; rather, He rewards both the doer of good and the doer of evil. Allah does not punish anyone before clear proof reaches them, nor does He hold them accountable based on His foreknowledge, but rather for their actions after the proof has been established against them.
