This trial requires you to strive against your soul by abandoning acquaintance and exchanging pictures, so that the illness does not worsen. Turn to Allah with supplication, sincerely and devotedly, asking Him to heal you, for He is over all things competent. Repent to Allah and take righteous friends who will help you remain steadfast. If you cut ties with your mother, you are sinful for disobeying her, and you must repent and seek her forgiveness. Your sister searching your phone without your permission is forbidden espionage, and it is permissible to shun her if there is a benefit in doing so. If the mother approves her daughter's action, she has done wrong, but it is not permissible to shun her under any circumstances because that would be disobedience.
