How is the killing of an apostate from Islam explained, and not the killing of those who enter Islam from other religions?

The ruling concerning the killing of an apostate from Islam is Allah's ruling.

As for the followers of other religions, they have no authority or jurisdiction over the actions of an individual; therefore, their statements in this regard are not to be considered.
