Is it permissible to accuse the wife of treachery, and does her divorce take effect, knowing that she was under the influence of magic due to a charlatan?

Whoever loses consciousness due to magic or other causes, like a madman, is not held accountable, meaning they are not taken to task for what issues from them. If the woman did what she did while she was not in her right mind, there is no sin upon her, and she should not be held accountable. However, if she was aware, then she is sinful and must offer sincere repentance. A divorce pronounced by a husband who has lost consciousness due to magic is not valid. But if he was aware, his divorce is effective. The husband does not have the right to prevent her from seeing her children. A person must observe the obligatory duties and frequently engage in the remembrance of Allah and recitations (adhkar) to protect themselves from the evils of magic and devils.
